Home Information Pack

The Home Information Pack (HIP), including the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), may be viewed and accessed via the site. This is useful to property investors both as a potential purchaser of the property (using the searches and in some cases the lease that may be found in the HIP could speed up the conveyancing process and reduce costs) and as a potential landlord (if investors plan to let the property once they have bought it, they will need access to the EPC for their tenant).
